Lets start off with why you need polymer for digested sludge, alum, septic and other bio-solids waste.

Polymer helps the solids flock and releases the clean, free water. Polymer is the constant required addition for all dewatering; including dewatering containers, belt presses, and centrifuges, to ensure the quick release of free water.

The Poly-Mate Series

Poly-Mate Polymer Injection Systems are for either Liquid or Dry Polymer Mixing and Injection.

The Poly –Mate Models 250 through 2000 are designed to be used with liquid polymer, which is manually added to the batch tank. An electric agitator is used for dispersing and blending the neat polymer with water. The dilute solution is then injected into the Mix Mate manifold producing uniformly flocculated sludge ready to be dewatered.

The 3000 series incorporates the components allowing for the automatic blending and injection of liquid polymer.

The 4000 and 5000 series models are designed to handle dry powder polymer.

·      Dilute Polymer injection Rates range from 0.1 gpm to 40 gpm

·      Tank Sizes range from single 75 galllon tanks to dual 1650 gallon tanks

·      Higher injection rates and larger tank sizes are available on custom built units
