Job Summary
  • Processes vendor invoices and customer payments
  • Reconciles monthly bank and credit card statements
  • Closes month end books and produces monthly reporting, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
  • Functions as local Quickbooks subject matter expert
  • Develops and distributes key accounting, sales, and payroll reports
  • Maintains employee records; onboards new employees
  • Maintains office efficiency by facilitating communication across employee groups
  • Manages overall office services and organization
  • Prepares employee and contractor payroll
  • Orders office supplies and other miscellaneous clerical functions
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures
  • Contributes to overall team performance by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Acts as member of the senior management team

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • 5+ years QuickBooks experience

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
