PAINLESS POLYMER PURCHASING

When you need polymer for wastewater, you really need it. That's why Flo Trend makes purchasing the wastewater polymer you need a simple, automated process.

We begin by matching your polymer in our lab, where we ensure your polymer is the closest match possible. This means your sludge flocculates fast, every time. Once your match is determined, our team delivers your polymer within a few days.

Once your wastewater polymer is matched, you never need to worry about flocculation or running out again. We have subscriptions available that offer a scheduled delivery service combined with savings on every order.

We use the Poly-Mate polymer unit and we’ve never had any major problems with breakdowns or clogs. I’m actually interested in another one.

Polymer is a big deal. We have two plants with two different polymers and one does not work for the other. It has to be a good match on polymers. It’s all about a good flocc. That match is very important.

Sludge with smaller particles tend to require more polymer in order to flocculate.

Sulfides, phenolics, and chlorides can also cause you to require more polymer.

The higher the percentage of cake solids, the higher the dosage of polymer needed for flocculation.

You’ll need at least four gallons of polymer to treat 30,000 gallons of sludge.
